Ashley and Grayson’s session felt like a full-circle moment for me. Growing up, I was always the one with a camera in hand, obsessed with documenting everything around me — and a lot of those early memories include my cousin, Ashley. We were incredibly close as kids, so coming back home to Massachusetts this year and getting to photograph such an important relationship in her life felt really meaningful.

We headed out to the meadows in my hometown, where the fields were glowing in the afternoon sun. The whole session was playful and easy — Ashley and Grayson running through the grass, laughing, and just being themselves. Surrounded by warm light and familiar scenery, we captured photos that felt fun, vibrant, and candid. It was a simple afternoon that reminded me why I fell in love with photography in the first place: preserving real moments with the people who matter most.
