The first step of your experience begins with your inquiry. Click the “Inquire” tab at the top of this website and submit your contact form for your wedding day. After inquiring, Olivia will send you an email with details on her approach to weddings, collection pricing, and full galleries to explore. From there, you’ll schedule a welcome call to talk through your wedding details, dreams, and choose the collection that’s the perfect fit for your day.
02. CHOOSE YOUR COLLECTION + BOOK
Next, we’ll craft a collection tailored just for you—whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a multi-day celebration. Olivia will guide you through custom options that best fit your vision, needs, and priorities, ensuring every important moment is thoughtfully accounted for. Once we finalize the details, a signed contract and retainer officially reserve your date, making it all feel real and even more exciting.
03. WEDDING DAY
The day you’ve been dreaming of is finally here, and the goal is to make it feel effortless. From intimate, emotional moments to the wild dance floor candids, Olivia will be there—not just documenting what happens, but preserving how it felt. With a calming presence and a sharp eye for the unseen, she will capture the genuine moments around you, so you can stay fully present, knowing every memory is being thoughtfully preserved.
04. GALLERY DELIVERY
Once your gallery is ready, it’s time to relive the day all over again. Your photos will be delivered within ten weeks in a beautifully curated online gallery, where every glance, every laugh, and every quiet in-between moment is waiting for you. It’s a day that feels almost as special as the wedding itself—the start of a new chapter, filled with memories you can hold onto forever.

She did our engagement pictures first which turned out amazing and gave her the opportunity to get to know us better.
