I arrived in Paris, France with Sami and Diana on a soft, golden morning, the kind that makes everything feel warm and intimate. The square of Montmartre sits above the city, full of live French painters, vintage art and cobblestone streets.
I shot on both digital and film, switching between the two depending on the moment. We wandered past street artists lining the square, their canvases depicting the very streets we were walking through. As we walked the streets, the colors deepened, shadows stretched, and the crowds grew quieter. It’s easy to forget that not every moment needs to be documented, some are better just experienced.
When I look back at the photos now – both the crisp digital frames and the softer, grainy film shots – they don’t just show a place, but a European romance in the unique and historical country of France!
